Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in business or another field

- 3+ years of experience in consulting, business development, sales, or another field

- Experience supporting program delivery, communications, logistics, or operations

- Experience managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously

- Experience supporting change management initiatives

- Experience developing executive-level presentations and written communications

- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), or equivalent degree

- Experience in sales, proposal management, business development, or change management

- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or senior-level clients
