This role will support the full Sales Acumen portfolio in India, with emphasis on delivery and coordination. Like the US L45, this role owns key program workstreams — but also takes on meaningful direct facilitation given the absence of an external vendor partner.
Program Support & Delivery
- Support the USI L65 in planning and executing training and reinforcement programs across the Seller Journey.
- Manage logistics, participant communications, scheduling, and post-session reporting for India-based programs (for example, Business Development Academy (BDA)).
- Coordinate with the interface points for programs including Growth and Development (G&D;), business stakeholders, facilitators, and US Sales Acumen Team.
- Develop and execute communication strategy pre, during, and post program to support adoption and the broader change management remit of the Sales Acumen Team.
- Continuously identify and integrate leading-edge technologies, tools, and concepts to enhance practitioner learning and sales readiness.
Coordination with US Team
- Serve as an active member of the broader Sales Acumen team; participate in cross-geo knowledge sharing and ensure our sales trainings reflects current content and priorities.
Facilitation
- Support L65 in facilitating sales training and workshops as needed, developing fluency with Power Selling frameworks and delivery methodology.
- Continuously build facilitation skills to support L65 in driving sales trainings

Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and coordination skills — able to manage program logistics across multiple concurrent sessions without losing quality or detail.
- Emerging facilitation capability and genuine interest in building toward confident, independent delivery; willingness to be coached and to practice in lower-stakes settings before stepping into lead roles.
- Comfort with data and reporting; able to track program metrics and produce clear post-session summaries.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to engage credibly with professionals at various levels.
- Collaborative and proactive — takes initiative to flag issues, share updates, and support the USI L65 without waiting to be directed.
- Curiosity about sales and the evolution of consulting as a professional services business; interest in the substance of how Deloitte goes to market and generates revenue.
- Background in learning & development, organizational development, consulting, or sales operations preferred.
- Growth mindset; this role has a clear path toward greater facilitation ownership and program leadership over time.
