Role Description This full-time User Interface Designer role is an on-site position based in Nagpur.

The User Interface

Designer will create visually compelling, user-centered interfaces for web and digital products, translating concepts and wireframes into polished layouts, mockups, and design systems. Daily tasks include collaborating with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams, defining interaction patterns, and ensuring consistency across platforms and devices. The role involves preparing UI assets, documenting design specifications for front-end implementation, and iterating designs based on feedback, user behavior, and performance data.



The designer will also contribute to brand-aligned visual standards and actively participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills with a focus on digital products.
- Candidates should possess expertise in creating detailed Mockups and translating concepts into production-ready layouts.
- Candidates should possess understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to ensure intuitive and accessible interfaces.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Front-End Development workflows to effectively hand off designs and collaborate with developers.
- Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to follow brand guidelines, and skills in responsive and mobile-first design.
- Candidates should have effective communication skills, the ability to work in office within a cross-functional team, and solid time-management capabilities.
- A degree or formal training in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field, plus a portfolio demonstrating UI projects, will be beneficial.
