About Highring

Highring is a growing recruitment technology platform connecting companies, recruitment agencies, and recruiters on a single platform.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can help us make Highring simpler, cleaner, and more enjoyable to use.

You don't need 5 - 10 years of experience. We’re looking for someone with good design sense, curiosity, and the ability to turn ideas and requirements into intuitive user experiences.

What You'll Do

Design intuitive and modern web and mobile experiences for Highring.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Work primarily in Figma and maintain reusable components/design systems.

Understand requirements from product and business teams and translate them into simple UX.

Improve existing screens based on user behaviour, feedback, and usability issues.

Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

Think through complete user journeys — not just individual screens.

Help us continuously improve the overall visual identity and product experience of Highring.

What We're Looking For





1-3 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.

Strong hands-on experience with Figma.

Good understanding of UX fundamentals, layouts, typography, spacing, colours, and responsive design.

Experience designing web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, or mobile apps is preferred.

Ability to create clickable prototypes and communicate design ideas clearly.

Comfortable working directly with product, business, and development teams.

Someone who is proactive and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.

Understanding of recruitment/HRTech products is a plus, but not mandatory.

If you use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, prototyping, or design workflows, we’d love to hear about it.

What Matters More Than Experience

We care more about your portfolio and thinking process than the number of years on your CV.

If you can look at a complicated workflow and say, “There has to be a simpler way to design this,” you’ll probably enjoy working with us. Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
