This approach makes AI agents reliable for real production work, embedding each team’s standards into subsequent projects and delivering scalable, high-quality research operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Bengaluru. The User Experience Designer will translate complex market research workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces and interaction patterns that help users work seamlessly with AI agents.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, facilitating design thinking workshops, defining user journeys, and creating wireframes and interactive prototypes for web-based and internal tools.



The role involves close collaboration with product management, engineering, and research operations teams to gather requirements, validate design solutions, and iterate based on user feedback and usability testing.

The designer will also contribute to visual design standards, help maintain a consistent design system, and ensure accessibility and usability across Metaforms’ products.

Qualifications

- Experience applying Design Thinking and User Research to understand problems, define user needs, and validate solutions.
- Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design, including information architecture, interaction design, and user flows.
- Proficiency in Visual Design, with the ability to create clean, consistent, and accessible interfaces aligned with a design system.
- Ability to create and iterate on Prototyping deliverables such as wireframes, clickable prototypes, and design specifications.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a product-driven environment; prior experience in B2B SaaS or workflow tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with common design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and basic understanding of front-end capabilities and constraints.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field; experience in market research or AI-driven products is a plus.
