Position: US Tax Accounting Intern

US Tax & Accounting Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain financial statements, General Ledger accounts, and reconciliations in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities.




- Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns for individuals and business entities while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
- Conduct tax research and support tax planning and compliance initiatives.
- Assist in financial statement audits by performing audit testing, preparing workpapers, and validating supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality accounting, taxation, and audit services.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA and Mcom Qualified
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
- Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP or international taxation.
- Pursuing or interested in certifications such as CPA, EA, or ACCA.
