Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage US payroll processing, including preparing and reviewing pay statements, year-end forms (W-2), and other tax-related documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, commissions, and perks through workday system.
- Collaborate with HR team to resolve employee queries related to payroll matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee personal information at all times.
- Perform regular audits on payroll transactions to identify discrepancies.
