Role Description The US Property and Casualty Insurance Associate will handle day-to-day processing and servicing activities related to US P&C; insurance policies.

Responsibilities include reviewing policy documents, endorsements, and renewals; verifying data accuracy; and updating systems in line with client and regulatory requirements. The role involves responding to inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting underwriting and claims processes, and maintaining explicit documentation and audit trails.



Associates are expected to follow established workflows, meet productivity and quality targets, and escalate issues or discrepancies when required.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, working closely with global teams and adhering to US insurance standards and timelines.

Qualifications

Knowledge of US Property and Casualty insurance concepts, policy structures, endorsements, and basic underwriting or claims workflows.

Strong data accuracy and attention to detail, including ability to review documents, validate information, and maintain clear records.

Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and documenting transactions and queries.

Proficiency in using office productivity tools and insurance or CRM systems, with comfort in working within defined processes and SLAs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, manage priorities, and follow compliance and quality guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;

education or certifications related to insurance, finance, or business are an advantage.

Willingness to work aligned to US business hours and learn new tools, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Prior experience in insurance operations, BPO/KPO, or shared services environments supporting US clients is beneficial.
