Location: Noida, Sector 62, Onsite

Shift: US Shift (7:30 PM IST - 4:30 PM IST / 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 PM IST) Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment of Clinical Roles: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US Staffing
- MSP/VMS Staffing Model: Work within the MSP/VMS model, managing contract, travel, and permanent roles across various healthcare positions.
- Pay Package Creation: Develop competitive pay packages for candidates, tailored to contract and travel roles.
- Sourcing through social media: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook groups to source candidates, build networks, and engage with potential hires.

Requirements:

- Experience: 0 to 1 years of experience in recruitment.
- Social Media Expertise:



Proven ability to recruit through social media platforms, including Facebook and LinkedIn, with a focus on building healthcare talent pipelines.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal teams.
- MSP/VMS Experience: Familiarity with the MSP/VMS staffing model and experience working in a US healthcare/IT/Non IT staffing environment.
