Role: US Onboarding Manager

Experience: Min 8+yrs

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities:

- Create the vision and strategy for the Onboarding team–with the needs of the company and new hires.

- Ensure all pre-employment requirements;

background checks, paperwork, etc. are completed.

- Ensure compliance with US Labor laws and company policies.

- Manage the collection and verification of employment documents.

- Lead the team of Onboarding executives and ensure maximize delivery capability.

- Manage the teams and their workload with a strong focus on right first time and continuous improvement.

- Daily formal and informal contact with the onsite leadership team to manage capacity expectations.

- Identify areas of improvement in the On-boarding process and implement best practices.

- Manage the client queries and response to escalations.

- Act as first point of contact for subcontractors and maintains relationship with existing vendors/clients.

- Develop strategy and ensure timely delivery of reports, requests for data and presentations to management as and when asked.

Requirements:





- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related degree.

- 5+ years of working experience as an HR Onboarding Manager, HR Onboarding Specialist, or a similar role in the HR department.

- Knowledge and understanding of payroll processes.

- Working experience with Onboarding software as well as Applicant Tracking System.

- Excellent understanding of state and federal employment rights.

- Demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

- Excellent follow-up skills

- Friendly, positive, and pro-active attitude

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Ability to solve complex problems efficiently.
