Job Title: US IT Recruiter Experience: 3+ Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Interview Mode: In-person Job Summary We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working with State Client/Direct client/VMS clients. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing, screening, and coordination skills in the US staffing domain and be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities - Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.

- Work on requirements from State Client/Direct client/VMS clients.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and visa status.




- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have) - Strong experience working with State clients/Direct client/VMS clients

- Proven experience with State Client/Direct client/VMS clients
- Excellent communication skills
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.)
