US IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter

Collaborate Solutions is hiring energetic and motivated professionals for our Hyderabad office. We are looking for candidates with experience in US IT Recruitment And Bench Sales who are passionate about building a career in the US Staffing industry.

Role & responsibilities

- End-to-end US IT Recruitment and/or Bench Sales activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.




- Work on C2C, W2, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Screen candidates on technical skills, communication, and visa status.
- Market bench consultants to prime vendors and implementation partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.
- Negotiate pay rates and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain recruitment reports and ATS updates.

Required Skills

- Experience in US IT Recruitment or Bench Sales.
- Good knowledge of US Visa Types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Dice, Monster, etc.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
