Role Description The US IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles, focusing on the U.S. market from the Noida office. This full-time, on-site position involves sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases; screening resumes; conducting initial interviews; and coordinating technical and managerial interview rounds. The role includes negotiating offers, managing candidate expectations, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process in line with company policies and compliance standards.

The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand role requirements, maintain talent pipelines,



and meet hiring targets within defined timelines. The position also requires maintaining accurate recruitment reports, staying current with market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with experience hiring for diverse technology roles in the U.S. market.

Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Candidates should possess Hiring and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates at different career levels.

Candidates should possess proficiency with major job portals, ATS systems, social media sourcing, and Boolean search techniques.

Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.

Prior experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role in staffing/consulting environments is highly beneficial.

Understanding of U.S. recruitment practices, work authorization types (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, Citizen), and compliance requirements is an advantage.
