Vision Square Inc. is hiring experienced US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing industry and experience sourcing qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
- Work on requirements from direct clients, implementation partners, and preferred vendors.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, visa status, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Handle recruitment for C2C, W-2, and 1099 positions.
- Understand US work authorizations, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, Green Card, and US Citizen candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate rates and obtain required candidate documentation before submission.




- Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in the company’s recruitment system.
- Meet daily submission targets and monthly placement goals.
- Develop relationships with consultants, vendors, account managers, and delivery teams.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of US staffing terminology, tax terms, employment types, and visa categories.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, ERP, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work during US business hours/night shift.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
