Role & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, job portals & referrals
- Conduct initial candidate communication and basic technical screening
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers / clients
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Meet hiring targets within deadlines
- Maintain daily trackers, reports, and follow-up status
- Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools for efficient sourcing
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates with 2-5 years of recruitment experience
- Experienced candidates must have exposure to US IT Staffing
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, ATS (preferred)
- Self-motivated, energetic & eager to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
