We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join INFOMATICS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS - Under MSR COSMOS GROUP.

Position: US IT Recruiter

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for US IT requirements.
- Work closely with MSP clients and support Direct Client requirements through MSPs.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure timely closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment .




- Strong experience handling MSP clients and Direct Client requirements .
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles .
- Good understanding of US work authorization types (W2, C2C) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in US Shift timings.
