About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Immigration Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes genuine ownership of their work — not just someone looking to complete tasks and collect a paycheck, but someone who is invested in doing the job well, learning continuously, and growing within the immigration and HR compliance space. The ideal candidate will manage US Immigration processes end-to-end while also supporting core US HR compliance functions.

You will be a key point of contact for employees and stakeholders on immigration and onboarding matters, so strong communication and a genuine sense of accountability are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesUS Immigration

Handle end-to-end US immigration case management and documentation

Coordinate with attorneys, employees, and stakeholders on visa processes (H-1B, L-1, OPT/CPT, etc. as applicable)

Track visa timelines, renewals, and compliance deadlines

Maintain accurate and audit-ready immigration records US HR Compliance

Manage Form I-9 completion, verification, and compliance

Handle E-Verify case creation and resolution

Process and manage Form I-983 (STEM OPT Training Plans)

Support F-1 student onboarding and related documentation





Ensure all HR documentation aligns with US federal compliance requirements

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all employee records What We're Looking For

2–4 years of relevant experience in US Immigration and/or US HR compliance

Hands-on working knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, I-983, and F-1 onboarding

Solid verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and comfort working with compliance-driven deadlines A self-starter attitude — someone who is genuinely interested in the work itself, takes initiative, and follows through without needing constant supervision

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional and international stakeholders Work Requirements

This is a strictly work-from-office role

No remote or hybrid arrangements will be considered
