Lorven Technologies is seeking an HR Operations professional to oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate background verification and robust coordination across teams.

Role Overview

You will manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, support background verification processes, and ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently
- Coordinate and track background verification (BGV) activities
- Ensure documentation and compliance accuracy




- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems
- Support HR operations for US IT staffing processes

Required Skills
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR Operations / Onboarding / Offboarding
- Experience in US IT staffing environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with US tax terms (added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Attention to detail and strong coordination abilities
