US Healthcare Recruiter – Allied & Full-Time (Permanent Placements)

We're looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with expertise in recruiting Allied Healthcare and Permanent Healthcare professionals across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals.
- Recruit for Allied and Full-Time healthcare positions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.
- Ensure compliance and credentialing requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Meet recruitment KPIs and turnaround timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2–5+ years in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Robust knowledge of Allied vs. Non-Allied healthcare roles.
- Experience with MSP, VMS, and ATS platforms (JobDiva, Ceipal,



ShiftWise, Medefis, etc.).
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of US healthcare certifications, licensing, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Hiring Experience: Allied roles (PT, OT, SLP, RT, Rad Tech, CT/MRI Tech, Surgical Tech, Lab, Pharmacy, etc.) and Permanent Healthcare roles (RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, NP, PA, CRNA, ICU, ER, OR, L&D;, NICU, Med Surg, Telemetry, Home Health, Hospice, and more).
