We're looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with expertise in recruiting Allied Healthcare and Permanent Healthcare professionals across the US.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and place healthcare professionals.

Recruit for Allied and Full-Time healthcare positions.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.

Ensure compliance and credentialing requirements.

Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Meet recruitment KPIs and turnaround timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–5+ years in US Healthcare Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of Allied vs. Non-Allied healthcare roles.

Experience with MSP, VMS, and ATS platforms (JobDiva, Ceipal,



ShiftWise, Medefis, etc.).

Expertise in Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.

Good understanding of US healthcare certifications, licensing, and compliance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Hiring Experience

Allied roles (PT, OT, SLP, RT, Rad Tech, CT/MRI Tech, Surgical Tech, Lab, Pharmacy, etc.) and Permanent Healthcare roles (RN, LPN/LVN, CNA, NP, PA, CRNA, ICU, ER, OR, L&D;, NICU, Med Surg, Telemetry, Home Health, Hospice, and more).
