Job Summary

We are seeking a contract Specialist with expertise in US Staffing contracts. The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, reviewing and managing contracts. This role requires understanding of MSAs, NDAs, SOWs and compliance with US Labour Law.

Roles and responsibilities

- Contract drafting, review and negotiation require detail-oriented attorneys who are familiar with US IT staffing terms.
- Drafting, negotiating & Vetting of contracts, Sows Staffing agreement for US including other relevant Legal documents through due process.
- Review contracts such as procurement agreements and service level agreements.
- Vetting of various Contracts & Agreements.
- Negotiating various agreements with vendors to get the terms in the company’s interest and development.
- Manage the process flow for contract approvals including filing, retrieving and archiving contracts.




- Manage various operational activities related to consultants and employees.
- Liaise with our Recruiting Team, Legal department and US IT staffing vendors on compliance or information requests.
- Act on behalf of the Company as a Legal representative and maintain cordial relationships with our vendors.
- Maintain Records of all Vendor MSAs and Purchase Orders (PO) and other required details of US IT Staffing Vendors.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to finalise agreements.
- To review the following types of contractual documents based on legal parameters and other guidelines given by the legal team
