Job Title: US Engineering Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (On-site)

Shift: 7 pm to 4 am IST

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated US Engineering Recruiter with experience recruiting engineering professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing and hiring candidates within the Automotive, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Product Development, and Engineering Services domains. This role requires strong sourcing skills, technical understanding of engineering roles, and the ability to work in a quick-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US Engineering positions.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Automotive, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, and Industrial Engineering roles.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Boolean Search, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualified candidates.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical expertise, project experience, communication skills, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering professionals across the US market.




- Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client hiring needs within SLA timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, engineering technologies, and market intelligence.

Key Skills & Expertise:

- 25 years of experience in **US Engineering Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience recruiting for Automotive, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Product Engineering roles.

Strong understanding of engineering positions such as:

- Mechanical Design Engineer
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Quality Engineer
- Validation Engineer
- Controls Engineer
- Electrical Engineer
- Embedded Engineer
- CAD/CAE Engineer
- Product Development Engineer
- Project Engineer
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and major job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced staffing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering background is an advantage).
- Experience supporting Direct Clients, MSP/VMS, or Engineering Staffing firms.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
