About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Senior US Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in US recruitment with a proven track record of hiring senior leadership and niche technology talent across the IT industry. This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build robust talent pipelines and partner with Account Managers, Delivery Leaders, and clients to successfully fulfill strategic hiring needs.

The role requires excellent sourcing expertise, stakeholder management and the ability to recruit leadership talent in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment supporting US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based hiring across Full-Time, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and W2 positions.
- Lead hiring for senior leadership roles, including Engineering Managers, Directors, Senior Directors, Vice Presidents, Principal Engineers, Enterprise Architects, Product Leaders and other strategic technology positions.
- Partner with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and client stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
- Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, internal databases and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening, technical qualification and leadership assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.




- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for leadership and niche technology talent.
- Manage offer negotiations and support onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline health, submissions, interviews, placements and closures using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide market intelligence on leadership talent availability, compensation trends and competitor hiring activities.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in US Recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring senior leadership and executive-level technology professionals for the US market.
- Strong experience recruiting for IT and Engineering positions across multiple technology stacks.
- Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience supporting direct clients, implementation partners or MSP/VMS environments.
- Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, employment types, and hiring practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple critical requirements simultaneously while consistently meeting delivery targets.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with software development, product engineering, or technology consulting organizations.
- Strong knowledge of US technology hiring trends and leadership talent markets.
- Experience mentoring recruiters and driving recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work during US business hours
