Position: Sales Agent US B2B Outbound

Mianro Systems develops AI-powered solutions that help US businesses grow through automation, websites, CRM systems, and digital marketing.

We are hiring experienced sales professionals to sell our services to US-based home-service businesses using a personalized outbound sales process. Company-provided leads, training, and sales processes will be provided.

Mandatory Requirements

Applicants must have

- Minimum 5 years of US sales experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Neutral or near-American accent
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong objection handling and closing ability
- Experience using CRM and sales tools
- Ability to conduct Zoom and Google Meet sales calls
- Ability to work MondayFriday, 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST

Core Responsibilities Sales & Prospecting

- Work on company-provided US business leads
- Send personalized outreach through approved channels
- Create Loom video audits for interested prospects
- Conduct sales calls and close deals
- Follow up until the sale is completed

CRM & Reporting

- Update CRM and sales activities daily




- Maintain accurate prospect records
- Coordinate customer handover after payment
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions

Work-From-Home Requirements

Applicants must have

- Laptop or desktop
- High-speed internet with power backup
- Webcam, headset, and microphone
- Quiet professional workspace
- Availability for Zoom and Google Meet calls

Preferred Skills Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

- B2B Sales
- Must have American accent or close
- SaaS or Digital Marketing Sales
- Selling to US small businesses
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
- Loom or screen-recording tools

Key Performance Indicators Performance will be measured using:

- Daily outreach completed
- Positive responses generated
- Loom videos delivered
- Sales closed
- Revenue generated
- Follow-up completion
- CRM accuracy

Compensation

- Competitive Fixed Monthly Salary (Monthly on-hand Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 60,000)
- Attractive Performance Incentives (Range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 1,00,000)
- Salary paid on the 10th of every month
