Position: Primary Female Mathematics Teacher (PRT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Female PRT Mathematics Teacher to teach students from Grades I to V under the ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have solid mathematical concepts, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make learning engaging through activity-based and child-centric teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to primary grade students in accordance with the ICSE curriculum.

- Prepare effective lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and assessments.

- Develop students' conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Use interactive and hands-on teaching methods to make mathematics enjoyable and meaningful.

- Assess students through regular classwork, homework, projects, and examinations.

- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and school management.

- Maintain student records, attendance, and assessment reports.

- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.

- Integrate technology and digital learning tools into classroom instruction.

- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings,



and professional development programs.

- Collaborate with fellow teachers to support the overall academic and personal development of students

Requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or a related field

- Strong command of Mathematics and effective teaching methodologies for primary students.

- Excellent English communication skills.

Experience

- Minimum 1 years of teaching experience in a school preferred

Required Skills

- Thorough understanding of the ICSE Mathematics curriculum.

- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.

- Ability to simplify mathematical concepts for young learners.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Smart Boards, and digital teaching platforms.

- Passion for teaching and nurturing children's academic growth.
