The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Workforce Management modules, along with client-facing implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end UKG Pro WFM implementation projects, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG WFM solutions.
- Configure and maintain:
- Timekeeping • Advanced Scheduling • Accruals • Attendance • Pay Rules • Workforce Analytics • Design and configure complex pay rules, work rules, shift differentials, overtime calculations, and holiday calendars.
- Develop and execute unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system integration activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.
- Provide knowledge transfer and end-user training.
- Support enhancement requests, upgrades, and production support.

Required Skills • 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions/Kronos).

- Strong implementation experience in:
- Timekeeping • Scheduling • Accruals • Attendance • Time & Labor • Experience in complete implementation lifecycle including Requirements Gathering,



Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Good understanding of workforce management concepts and payroll integration.
- Experience configuring:
- Pay Rules • Work Rules • Labor Levels • Holidays • Shifts • Schedules • Experience with integrations between UKG Pro WFM and Payroll/HR systems.
- Ability to analyze and resolve production issues.
- Strong communication and client management skills.

Preferred Skills • Experience with UKG Pro HR/Payroll integration.

- Experience with Dell Boomi, APIs, or middleware integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and Workforce Analytics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- UKG certification is preferred.

Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

- UKG Pro WFM Certification (Preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Prior consulting experience and exposure to other HCM or WFM platforms is an advantage.
