We are urgently hiring a Milk Maintenance Head to lead our operations in Belagavi, India. This role is critical for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our milk processing facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the dairy industry and will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire milk maintenance process to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Manage a team of technicians and support staff to achieve production targets.
- Implement and monitor maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment used in milk processing.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any product quality issues.




- Develop and optimize maintenance procedures to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-15 years of experience in milk processing or dairy industry management.
- Solid knowledge of dairy processing equipment and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to milk processing.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the dairy industry.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
