- Drive B2B sales & business development for rolling mill products and industrial solutions
- Handle product portfolio including:
- Steel & Alloy Rolls (HSS Rolls, ICDP Rolls, Alloy Steel Rolls, SG Iron Rolls)
- Cast & Centrifugal Rolls
- Rolls for Flat Mills, Long Product Mills & Tube Mills
- Rings, Sleeves, Arbours & Rolling Mill Consumables
- Generate leads, convert enquiries into orders, and achieve sales targets
- Conduct technical discussions, product presentations & trials with customers
- Handle RFQ, costing, quotation, negotiation & order closure




- Coordinate with internal teams for production, heat treatment, machining & dispatch
- Develop market intelligence on rolling mill applications
- Resolve technical & commercial customer issues
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and OEMs

Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years experience in steel / rolling mill / heavy industry sales
- Strong knowledge of rolling mill applications (flat mills, bar mills, strip mills, etc.)
- Experience in rolls, bearings, or mill consumables preferred
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Willing to travel extensively

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
