We have a requirement for a Legal Qualified for our office at the Sojat (Pali - RJ) location.

Position - Sr. Legal Professional

Qualification - L.L.B / L.L.M

Job Location - Sojat (Pali, RJ) ( Preferred Candidate from Rajasthan Location only)

:

Land Law:

- All legal aspects of property transactions, land acquisition, and regulatory compliance to mitigate risk and ensure the Company's interests are protected.
- This role involves extensive due diligence,



drafting complex agreements, managing disputes, and liaising with external counsel and government authorities.

Civil Law:

- Sound knowledge of civil law and procedure, with experience in Civil law practice

Communication & Drafting:

- Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; ensuring legal compliance; managing contract lifecycle; and providing legal advice on contract-related matters.
- Manage and supervise all legal matters, including coordinating with external lawyers, tracking case progress, deadlines, and hearing dates, and ensuring that high-quality legal services are provided.
