- 58 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate.
- Proven experience in payment gateway integration (at least one major provider like Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Adyen, etc.).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
- Strong problem-solving skills, debugging expertise, and performance optimization experience.
- Knowledge of payment compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR) and security best practices.

Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience in FinTech, Banking,



or eCommerce domains.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Hands-on with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Adaptability to rapid-paced, agile work environments.
