Join a high-performing Data Extraction team responsible for delivering accurate, secure, and compliant data processing services. As a Team Lead, you will play a critical player-coach role, balancing hands-on delivery with operational leadership. You will work closely with analysts, stakeholders, and operational teams to drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring strict adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

What You'll Do

- Lead the Data Extraction team while actively contributing to extraction activities when required.
- Allocate and manage daily workloads to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor productivity, throughput, turnaround times, and SLA adherence.
- Drive quality and compliance standards across all operational activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational escalations and issue resolution.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review workload trends, staffing levels, and capacity requirements.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, performance metrics, and weekly governance reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
- Support analyst onboarding, coaching, and training initiatives.




- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure business continuity through effective coverage and resource planning.
- Promote a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in operations, shared services, or managed services, including at least 2 years in team leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in team management, SLA-driven operations, workforce planning, capacity management, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and operational skills with experience in productivity tracking, KPI management, and escalation handling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, operational dashboards, reporting, ticketing systems, and SOP documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of quality management, compliance, governance, risk assessment, and operational controls.
- Preferred experience in payroll operations, managed services, CyberArk/PAM environments, Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Foundation, US operations support, and audit-compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work in a highly secure workplace with strict adherence to data privacy, PII handling, confidentiality, and organizational security policies.
