Role Description The NetSuite Implementation Consultant will lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Day-to-day activities include conducting discovery sessions with client stakeholders, mapping business processes to NetSuite functionality, and configuring modules to meet functional and technical needs. The role involves preparing documentation, managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and training users to ensure effective adoption.





The consultant will also troubleshoot issues, optimize existing configurations, and provide ongoing consulting on best practices and process improvements. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements, analyze data, and design effective NetSuite solutions.

Consulting skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and advise on process improvements.

Hands-on experience in software implementation and project implementation, preferably with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, deliver training, and prepare clear documentation.

Experience configuring and deploying ERP/enterprise applications; NetSuite certification or prior NetSuite project experience is an advantage.

Understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, CRM, and operations.

Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are beneficial.

Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with readiness for in office client interactions in Noida when required.
