Numbertree LLP is hiring experienced Billing Engineers & Quantity Surveyors for High-Rise Residential & Commercial Building Projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Client Billing, Quantity Surveying, BOQ, Cost Estimation, and Material Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client & Subcontractor RA Billing
- Quantity Take-Off from Drawings & BOQ Verification
- BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis & Cost Estimation
- Material Reconciliation & Cost Control
- Billing Coordination & Payment Follow-up




- Preparation of MIS Reports & Project Documentation
- Coordination with Site, Client, and Consultant Teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel

Required Skills:

- Mandatory experience in High-Rise Residential/Commercial Building Projects
- Strong knowledge of Billing, Quantity Surveying, and Cost Control
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
