Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance qualified to support underwriting, policy administration, risk assessment, claims management, and customer servicing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products, regulatory requirements, and insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Underwriting & Risk Assessment

- Evaluate insurance applications and assess risk exposure.
- Analyze financial, operational, and claims data to determine policy terms and pricing.
- Review coverage limits, endorsements, and exclusions.
- Ensure underwriting decisions comply with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Policy Administration
- Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate policy documentation and client records.
- Review policy changes and communicate updates to clients and brokers.

Claims Support
- Assist in reviewing claims submissions and coverage determinations.
- Coordinate with claims adjusters, investigators, and legal teams.




- Monitor claims activity and identify trends affecting business performance.

Client & Broker Management
- Build strong relationships with agents, brokers, and clients.
- Provide guidance on insurance products and coverage options.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policy terms, claims status, and underwriting requirements.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare management reports.
- Participate in audits and quality assurance reviews.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or personal lines insurance.
- Knowledge of underwriting, claims, policy administration, and risk management concepts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CPCU, AINS, ARM, AU, or CIC.
- Experience with insurance management systems and policy administration tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the insurance industry.
