Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target.

- Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.

- Set-up sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.

- Strictly follow-up hourly production.

- Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.

- Achieve maximum production with lowest cost keeping best quality.

- Guide IE team for increasing productivity.

- Should have positive command in operational excellence.

- Accountable for the overall factory P&L;, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good leadership from mid-level to lower level.

- Quick decision making skill in any situation.

- Should be technically sound.

- Well-disciplined and productivity focused.

- Problem solving approach.

- Positive inter-personal skills.

- Must be proactive in his approach & attitude.

- Sounds good Technically and Analytically.

- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel/Word/Power Point.

- Team managing capability.
