- Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Document interactions and update records in the system

- Coordinate with internal teams for query resolution

- Requirements :

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)

- Basic computer knowledge

- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills

- Preferred Profile: Experience in voice or blended process (BPO preferred)

- Confident and professional communication

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
