Role Overview

Precious Homes UK is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment operations for healthcare staffing in the UK. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring compliance with UK staffing standards and Indian labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and placement.

Conduct bulk hiring for healthcare staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and documentation.

Handle job postings, CV screening, and candidate communication.

Execute talent acquisition strategies including headhunting, cold calling, and talent sourcing.

Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding.

Maintain strong communication with UK teams for staffing requirements.

Ensure smooth execution of UK staffing projects with timely delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Recruitment Consulting / Talent Acquisition / HR Consulting.





Strong knowledge of UK staffing processes and compliance.

Expertise in bulk hiring, documentation, and recruitment management.

Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple hiring projects.

Familiarity with screening resumes, sourcing profiles, and recruitment management systems.

Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare staffing.
