Job Title: UK & EU Recruiter

Location: Bangalore

Shift: UK/Europe Shift (12PM-9PM )

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working

Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled and proactive UK & EU Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United Kingdom and European markets. The role requires expertise in international hiring, strong sourcing capabilities, and a good understanding of regional hiring practices, compliance, and talent trends.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for UK & EU roles (IT ) Understand job requirements, client expectations, and regional hiring nuances. Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards. Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with international stakeholders across time zones. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and future needs.

Negotiate compensation and finalize offers in line with market standards.

Ensure compliance with UK/EU employment laws and hiring regulations Maintain candidate records in ATS and generate recruitment reports.





Deliver excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in any discipline. 16 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UK/EU hiring.

Hands-on experience working on UK and/or European market roles. Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in UK/EU shifts and manage international stakeholders.

Familiarity with regional compliance, visa/work permit basics, and GDPR. Preferred Skills Experience in IT recruitment for UK/EU markets.

Experience working in staffing/consulting firms handling international clients.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
