Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 2–4 years Role Overview We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can transform business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing responsive websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and other digital products. Key Responsibilities

Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital platforms.

Understand product requirements and convert them into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.

Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, Android, and iOS.

Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, typography, colour palettes, and UI guidelines.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

Prepare developer-ready design files, assets, specifications, and interaction guidelines.

Review developed interfaces and ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

Identify usability issues and recommend practical design improvements.

Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, accessibility standards, and design practices.

Manage multiple projects while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.





2–4 years of professional UI/UX design experience.

Strong portfolio demonstrating website, mobile application, or product-design projects.

Advanced knowledge of Figma and FigJam.

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and responsive interfaces.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development constraints.

Good knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.

Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to accept feedback and translate it into effective design improvements.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience designing SaaS products, CRM systems, fintech platforms, or corporate websites.

Experience creating or maintaining scalable design systems.

Understanding of conversion-focused landing-page design.

Experience working with development and product teams in an agile environment.

Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions will be an advantage.
