Role Overview We're looking for a creative and driven UI/UX Design Intern to join our team and work on real-world projects. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate directly with our development and leadership teams to design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities During your internship, you will:

- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design decisions
- Create intuitive user flows, navigation structures, and information architecture
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain design consistency using style guides and design systems
- Work on branding elements, icons, and visual assets as needed
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback constructively




- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and justify design decisions What We're Looking For Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to create responsive designs for various screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop)
- Basic knowledge of user research and usability testing methods
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt quickly Bonus Points:
- Experience with prototyping and animation tools (e.g., Framer, Principle, After Effects)
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects)
- Experience with user testing tools (e.g., Maze, Hotjar, UserTesting)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
