Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs.

The role also involves conducting design reviews, refining visual design elements, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and design systems. This is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, requiring regular collaboration with the local team and participation in in-person workshops and feedback sessions.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.




- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with modern UI/UX best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive user flows.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of responsive design and design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
