We are looking for a highly focused and fast typing professional who can accurately convert live speech, audio, video, handwritten notes, scanned documents, PDFs, images, and other content formats into well-organized, structured text. The role requires excellent listening skills, high typing speed, and the ability to capture information in real time while maintaining accuracy and readability.

Key Responsibilities

- Listen to live conversations, meetings, webinars, presentations, or dictation and convert speech into accurate text in real time.

- Transcribe recorded audio and video content into organized documents.

- Convert handwritten notes, scanned documents, PDFs, and images into editable text.

- Structure raw content into clear, well-formatted messages, reports, articles, or documents.

- Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting while preserving the intended meaning.

- Prepare documents using appropriate headings, paragraphs, bullet points, and numbering.

- Maintain consistency in formatting and document standards.

- Proofread and review completed work for accuracy before submission.

- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information handled.

Required Skills

- Excellent typing speed (minimum 50–70 WPM preferred).

- Ability to type accurately while listening to live audio.

- Strong listening, comprehension, and concentration skills.





- Excellent command of written English (Hindi typing is an added advantage).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and standard computer applications.

- Ability to organize information into professional and easy-to-read documents.

- Solid attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate, or equivalent qualification.

- Experience in live transcription, captioning, documentation, data entry, or content typing is preferred.

- Familiarity with speech-to-text tools and the ability to review and correct AI-generated transcripts is an advantage.
