IT Trainer (Frontend / Backend / Full Stack)

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable IT Trainers who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop practical technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions.
- Teach concepts with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Conduct coding demonstrations, lab sessions, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students through assignments, mini projects, and real-world applications.
- Answer students' questions and provide technical support during training.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Prepare and update course material to keep it aligned with current technologies.
- Encourage problem-solving, critical thinking, and coding best practices.
- Coordinate with the training team to continuously improve the learning experience.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of one or more of the following:




- Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.)
- Backend Development (PHP, Laravel, Node.js, etc.)
- Full Stack Development
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and web technologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Comfortable teaching in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of IT teaching or industry experience.
- Experience delivering live training sessions or mentoring students is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajkot, Gujarat (Rajkot)
