Role Description The Two Wheeler Loan role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves assisting customers in understanding and selecting suitable loan options for two-wheelers, explaining interest rates, terms, and documentation requirements in clear, simple language. Daily tasks include meeting customers at the dealership, collecting and verifying required documents, coordinating with finance partners or banks, and following up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.

The role also includes maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and communicating regularly with sales and finance teams to ensure timely processing.



Team members are expected to provide professional, courteous customer service and support the dealership in achieving its sales and finance targets.

Qualifications Ability to understand and explain basic financial products, loan terms, and documentation requirements to customers in a clear, professional manner.

Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a respectful, supportive approach in all interactions.

Comfort with on-site work in a dealership workplace, including collaborating with sales teams and finance partners on a daily basis.

Basic computer literacy, including use of email, spreadsheets, and data entry in loan or CRM systems.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages commonly spoken in Jaipur.

Attention to detail and reliability in handling sensitive customer information and documentation.

Prior experience in automotive sales, retail finance, or banking is beneficial but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage.
