About the Role :

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. In this role, you'll work closely with the CTO and founding team to shape the future of online home discovery and build products that redefine how people explore and evaluate real estate.

This is an opportunity to own end-to-end product design, influence product strategy, and create experiences that set a new benchmark for the industry.

What You'll Do :

- Partner directly with the CTO and founders to reimagine the online home exploration experiencebuilding a "Spinny for Homes" with seamless, customer-first design.
- Design intuitive, scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Build internal tools that streamline operations, standardize SOPs, improve analytics, enable data-driven decision-making, and enhance collaboration across business, operations, and channel partner teams.
- Design and evolve TruIQ, our next-generation real estate intelligence platform.




- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex workflows into straightforward, elegant experiences.
- Own the design process from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and developer handoff.
- Continuously improve product experiences through user feedback, experimentation, and data.

What We're Looking For :

- 2+ years of experience designing digital products for customer-facing applications and/or internal enterprise tools.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (Sketch experience is a plus) with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and polished visual design.
- Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile web/native app interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work directly with engineers, product managers, founders, and business leaders.
