Role Description This is a full-time, on-site TrueSight Network Automation role based in Aurangabad. The position involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing TrueSight Network Automation for diverse client environments, including integration with existing network management and monitoring platforms. The role includes day-to-day network administration tasks, such as deploying compliant configurations, managing device inventories, and automating routine maintenance activities.

The individual will diagnose and resolve network-related issues, implement security and compliance policies, and participate in change management processes.



The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting configurations and procedures, and supporting upgrades, patches, and performance tuning of network automation solutions. Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Networking and Network Administration skills to manage and support heterogeneous network environments.

Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve network and automation-related incidents efficiently.

Candidates should possess Network Security skills to implement and maintain secure configurations, access controls, and compliance policies.

Candidates should possess Network Design skills to assist in planning, designing, and optimizing scalable and reliable network architectures.

Hands-on experience with BMC TrueSight Network Automation or similar network automation tools is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with scripting (such as Python, shell, or similar) for automation and configuration management is an advantage.

Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Industry certifications in networking (such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
