Job Overview

As a Travel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding travel requirements, recommending suitable holiday packages, preparing quotations, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from the initial inquiry to post-booking support.

This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales

Sell domestic and international holiday packages.

Convert inbound and outbound travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.

Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Customer Consultation

Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, and budgets.

Recommend suitable destinations and customized travel packages.

Explain package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, and travel policies.

Provide professional guidance throughout the booking process.





Itinerary & Quotation Preparation

Prepare customized travel itineraries and competitive quotations.

Coordinate flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas, and travel insurance.

Make revisions based on customer preferences and budget.

Lead Management

Handle inquiries from the website, social media, Google Ads, WhatsApp, referrals, and walk-in clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion rates.

Client Relationship Management

Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.

Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Encourage repeat bookings and customer referrals.

Collect feedback to improve the overall customer experience.

Coordination

Work closely with the operations, ticketing, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings.

Coordinate with hotel partners, airlines, transport providers, and destination management companies.
