Description:The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be:
ï
- Raise funds on time at optimal cost, cast CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement data) and
project reports ï
- Devise robust forex policy minimizing the risk associated with exchange fluctuations of
receivable and payable of forex reserve (Hedging and forward contracts) ï
- Maintain optimal reserve of foreign currency
ï
- Ensure meeting all the compliances as required by the banks as part of facility or otherwise
ï
- Able to use different tools in the company perspective e.g.- ECB,FCNRB etc.
ï
- Support team members for opening of NPS accounts, understanding of the NPS scheme and
monthly compliances to the benefit of employees ï
- Setup a mechanism, identifying and ensuring compliances required with banks, financial
institutions and rating agencies. ï
- Ensuring timely conducting of periodical meetings of the consortium bankers
ï
- Avail benefits of all banking products related to working capital to ensure lower cost of
capital (pre shipment/post shipment, FCNR, PCFC etc.) ï
- Implement host to host integration for receivables & payables
ï
- Ensuring auto reconciliation of bank entries, calculations of interest on loans.
What You Will Bring To The Table ï
- 5-8 Years of experience, background from a Manufacturing Organisation will be added
advantage ï
- Fund raising of 100 Crore + (As a team member or as individual)
ï
- Liaisoning and working with Banks / Financial Institution
ï
- Financial Management - Including Working capital assessment and fund management
ï
- Profound knowledge of Rating and Co-ordinating with Rating Agencies
ï
- In Depth Knowledge of Forex Management
ï
- Working Knowledge of SAP
ï
