Worldwide Travel Network Ltd is looking for an experienced Travel Operations Executive (Quality Control) to join our growing remote operations team.
You'll be responsible for carrying out final quality checks on bookings before they're confirmed to customers, ensuring every holiday is accurate, complete, and meets our high standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong travel operations experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out final quality control checks on all travel bookings.
- Verify flights, hotels, cruises, transfers, tours, and ancillary services.
- Check passenger names, travel dates, pricing, supplier confirmations, and booking notes for accuracy.
- Identify and resolve booking discrepancies before customer documentation is issued.
- Liaise with Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Operations teams to resolve booking queries.
- Ensure all bookings comply with company procedures and supplier requirements.
- Maintain accurate booking records and internal documentation.
- Assist with amendments and operational support where required.
- Help improve internal processes to minimise booking errors and maintain high service standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience working for a UK travel agency or tour operator.
- Strong knowledge of package holidays, cruises, flights, hotels, and travel bookings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and prioritise workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience using travel reservation systems and supplier booking platforms is highly desirable.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
