Role Description The Travel Executive | Wanderlust - Travel with Care is a full time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The role focuses on designing and managing tailored travel experiences for seniors, ensuring comfort, safety, and ease of travel at every step. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and booking travel arrangements, coordinating itineraries, handling documentation, and liaising with travel partners and service providers.

The Travel

Executive will consult with clients and families to understand specific needs, provide personalized recommendations, and deliver empathetic,



high-quality customer service. The role also involves managing travel-related queries, resolving issues promptly, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal healthcare and support teams to align travel plans with seniors’ well-being requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Travel Arrangements skills, including itinerary planning, booking tickets and accommodation, and managing travel documentation.

Candidates should possess Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to provide tailored advice, design senior-friendly travel plans, and oversee end-to-end trip execution.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with seniors and families, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Relevant experience in travel operations, hospitality, or senior-care services is beneficial.

Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Delhi/Kolkata, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort using digital tools and platforms for bookings, coordination, and client communication.

Fluency in English and at least one Indian language is an advantage.

A diploma or degree in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
